New clients will begin with a one hour private consultation addressing your medical history and specific goals. After a brief postural
assessment we will begin to teach you the Pilates Method.
Pilates can be a great whole body workout, it builds your strength and increase your
flexibility. It also helps with breathing, pelvic
floor function, core stability, coordination and balance reaction time.
Pilates treats and aims to resolve lower back pelvic and limb pain and assists with the
implementation of good movement patterns into ones daily life.
Equipment utilised includes a Pilates Reformer and Tower plus small apparatus for Pilates Mat exercises.
