Strength & Conditioning  

New clients will begin with a one hour private consultation addressing your medical history and specific goals. After a brief postural 

assessment the session will begin. 

 

This session can be a great whole body workout, it builds your strength and increase your flexibility. It also helps with breathing, pelvic floor function, core stability, coordination and balance reaction time. 

​

The aim of this session is to treat and aim to resolve lower back pelvic and limb pain and assists with the implementation of good movement patterns into ones daily life. 

​

​1:1 exercise prescription sessions are the best complimentary thing you can do in between your manual therapy visits.
